Returns/Exchanges

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at sales@flaretite.com to begin the return process. All returns and/or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the material (a 15% restocking fee may apply.) When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. All return packages must be insured.
