Obviously the continued success of any company relies heavily on the board members and their ability to combine their individual talents and channel them in a common direction. The Flaretite Board has this strength and is well on its way to achieving early goals.

Chairman: Mark Forbes

Owned and operated a manufacturing business (Forbes Engineering) from 1988-1997. Forbes won various business awards during that period and in 1997 achieved a listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Managing Director: Norm Mathers

Norm has an Associate Diploma of Engineering and has been the Managing Director of Mathers Hydraulics since 1984. Norm’s experience is extremely comprehensive in the Hydraulics Industry. His education in this industry began with Eaton Hydraulics in 1967.

Director: Kevin Warrick Wearne

Kevin is an associated chartered accountant and a successful Business Consultant. He is also a Director of several other companies including - Business Development Group, Fisher and Paykel Business Centre and the Economic Development Agency. Kevin’s experience and exposure to the manufacturing industry offers insightful direction with vast diversification.

Co-Director US Subsidiary: Vito Accetta

Vito is the Resident Director of Flaretite, Inc., headquarted in Fenton, Michigan, USA.  He currently overseas the operation of Flaretite, Inc. in the western world.   He has twenty five years experience in the Fluid Power Industry, including positions of Division Manager for Schenck Pegasus, Product Manager for Vickers, and Sales Manager for Axiomatic.
